Day 66, 67, & 68: Zeros in Tahoe

I won’t go into much detail since it’s quite boring. I basically spent the 3 days in Tahoe stuffing my face and spending time with my parents. 5 Star and I did go see Independence Day  Resurgence. It was OK.

The Best Western was near Heavenly Village where there was lots of restaurants and a store. Everything was within a 10 minute walk.

We did drive a few miles to go get ice cream where the scoops are ridiculous. I got a double scoop but it really was 4 huge scoops. I got 4 different flavors. It was really good.

It was nice to see my parents and stuff my face with food and ice cream. And of course to sleep in a bed and be able to shower every day.
I figure that I only have about 65 is days left. So time wise I’m over halfway. The halfway point is a couple hundred miles away but I will be able to put down more miles a day then I have since we are just about done with the snow and Sierra.
